Lantern Cookery Kitchen Project Donations

We are excited to share plans for an exciting development within our school: transforming the ‘Cabin’ classroom into a multi-purpose space that will predominantly serve as a cookery classroom, while also retaining its focus as a nurturing space. This space will provide fantastic opportunities for our children to learn essential food and nutrition skills, which form part of the national curriculum. Approximately 15 children at a time will be able to cook alongside adults, ensuring hands-on learning for all.

Beyond the school day, we hope to launch an after-school cookery club, support wider school events with a

dedicated catering area, and even offer the space for community use and hire. This project will benefit every

child in our school and strengthen our community connections.
